We aim to send out your order within 2-3 business days, however if you need your parcel urgently then please email us (hello@anythingbutordinary.store) and we will do our best to accommodate this. 

Delivery charge for Royal Mail signed for will be £4.99. 

 

Returns:

If you wish to return your items please email us (hello@anythingbutordinary.store)

All items are to be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and in perfect condition with all labels in tact. 

Please note due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

We will not accept any returns of non-faulty items that have been worn, washed, and/or tags removed. 

Postage charges will not be refunded. 

If for any reason you have received a faulty item, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt via email and we will do all we can to resolve the matter.
